[Nature] What your character is truly like at their core.
[Demeanor] How does your character carry themselves around others? How are they usually perceived by those around them?
[Flaws/Weaknesses] Remember... perfection is boring. Does your character obsess about something? Have phobias, insecurities? Even the powerful have their issues and challenges to deal with.
[History] Where was your character born as a mortal? What was their family like, their character prior to changing, the circumstances of the encounter with their Sire. How did they come to Dead City? What have they done since they arrived here?

I have been told by even experienced Roleplayers that the hardest parts of creating their character`s template, are the Nature and Demeanor sections- understandable. It would likely be just as hard to answer those questions about the player, as the character. Imagine that your character`s nature is their `true` self, how they think and feel and perceive the world around them. Their demeanor is the mask they wear for the world- what they let people see. The two may be very similar for some, completely different for others. In either case, it makes you think about the persona you are creating, and will inevitable let you know them even better.
As for abilities and powers, some of you, I am sure, have claimed powers in your writing previously. There will be a section for free Roleplay created, as well as organized RP, which will be a bit more structured- the only real differences being that in the organized RP, we will ask that you have a character bio posted, and use the approved powers list that will be available. We hope to have plenty of threads in both areas to keep everyone busy and writing. In either case, it is a good idea to add whatever powers you claim to have into your bio, and include how you acquired them. It is not required, of course, but encouraged- injecting some reality into your fantasy inevitably makes for a more believable, enjoyable story.
